Job Title: Senior Scientist, Systems Biology
Location: Cambridge, MA
About The Job
Are you ready to shape the future of medicine? The race is on to speed up drug discovery and development to find answers for patients and their families. Your skills could be critical in helping our teams accelerate progress.
The Systems Biology Cluster, part of the Target, Disease, and Systems Biology function at Sanofi Research, is dedicated to delivering first-in-class medicines to patients. Our approach involves deconstructing disease mechanisms into cellular building blocks to accelerate the Sanofi R&D pipeline through cell-centric analytical approaches.
We seek an exceptional Senior Scientist who demonstrates independence, proactivity, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and benchmarking ML/AI models (either cell-centric and/or multi-modal), as well as strong data science skills, to help build upon our current achievements and secure our future success. Experience leveraging high-content immunoscience-related chemical, genetic, or cytokine screens to train, tune and benchmark such ML/AI models is highly valued.
The successful applicant will have the ability to creatively lead projects, coordinate scientific activities, summarize and present results, and establish their relevance to critical decision points in the drug discovery process. Additionally, there may be opportunities to mentor interns and junior scientists.
We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.
