Department: Engineering (Mechanical - Maintenance)

Experience: Fresher (Apprenticeship under NATS or similar)

Duration: 1 year (as per Apprenticeship Act guidelines)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, etc.)

Support daily operations and monitoring of utility systems such as chillers, boilers, HVAC, and air compressors.

Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.

Participate in equipment installation, calibration, and commissioning activities under supervision.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety and GMP standards.

Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and cleanliness in the workshop and plant area.

Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) relevant to mechanical maintenance.

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2024/2025 pass-out preferred)
  • Should be eligible for apprenticeship under NATS/BOAT scheme
  • Strong interest in mechanical systems and maintenance in a manufacturing environment
