Sourcing Specialist

Some of our clients include Fortune 500 companies and startups like solarisBank or senseFly. Netguru works with the largest brands in the world, such as Volkswagen, IKEA or Keller Williams.

Salary: PLN 5,500 - 8,500 gross per month (Contract of employment) + bonuses.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of tech talent sourcing experience in IT industry.
• Excellent English and Polish (C1).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing tools, techniques, and initial screening.
• Experience with working with stakeholders and KPIs.
• Experience with building relationships.
• Market mapping/research experience.
• Ability to find creative solutions, can-do attitude.
• Independence, excellent time management, prioritization.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing technical and non-technical positions.
• Using creative search methods to find and attract new talent.
• Communicating with candidates by LinkedIn, email, phone, and at online meetings.
• Effectively turning passive candidates into active and engaged ones.
• Conducting initial interviews (HR calls).
• Continuously measuring and improving your results.
• Working closely with different internal stakeholders.
• Educating and sharing your sourcing knowledge within the team.
