Legacy Health Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Rehabilitation Program Director to lead our rehab services team. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of rehabilitation products and services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our residents. The position will lead at various east side locations in Cleveland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service delivery, program development, and financial performance
• Oversee clinical staffing levels and maintain strong client relations
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer guidelines and regulations
• Collaborate with facilities and vendors to support seamless service integration
• Monitor services for quality outcomes and participate in payer medical reviews and appeals
Qualifications:
• Management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of NetHealth and PointClickCare software
• Extensive understanding of applicable regulations and state practice acts
• Ability to lead with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism
Education & Licensure:
• Degree from an accredited college/university in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Pathology
• Must possess a valid Ohio license as a PT, OT, ST, or Assistant
