As an HR Transformation Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Together, we drive the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, while also leading an AI Program to implement intelligent solutions that make HR more efficient, data-driven, and employee-centric. Your work will have a direct impact on shaping the employee journey for thousands of colleagues across Nexi.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Review, analyze, and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and employee experience.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to collect business requirements, map employee journey pain points, and co-create improvement opportunities.
• Support the definition, guidance, and implementation of our HR AI Program, enabling the adoption of AI-driven capabilities (e.g., process automation, predictive analytics, virtual assistance) to transform the way HR delivers services.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to engage stakeholders and identify impactful solutions.
• Partner with IT teams to validate and test system enhancements, ensuring smooth and effective rollouts.
• Act as second-level support for GPOs and HRBPs in analyzing recurring process or system issues.
• Maintain and update process documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing tools to support adoption.
• Contribute to data quality initiatives by identifying inconsistencies, supporting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures.

• Essential Qualifications: 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, systems, or process support.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM) and basic reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of HR administrative processes and their impact on the employee journey.
• Strong attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving approach.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Hands-on exposure to AI-powered HR tools, process automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Change management or project management experience in a multinational environment.
• Advanced data analysis or visualization skills (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
