About Your Future Role
The role implies analysis on qualitative/quantitative devolopment of organizational structures, definition of sizing, definition of roles and responsibilities, definition of processes and related company procedures, promoting the culture of continuous efficiency and effectiveness  of processes being compliant with the main regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and mapping of company processes, their formalization in procedures
  • Definition and development of areas for improvement also in relation to compliance with sector requirements (e.g Bafin)
  • Conducting organisational qualitative and quantitative assessments to define organizational structures, sizing and implementation support
  • Definition of roles and responsabilities
  • Mapping and improving processes effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage multiple projects

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably business organization, management engineering, business economics or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of corporate organizational models, knowledge of the main best practice (standards) for mapping processes and performing sizing
  • Preferable knowledge of payments sector
  • Project and people management
  • Problem solving and communication
  • Fluent in German
  • Good level of English
  • Good use of office tools
  • Belt certification is an add on
