Job Description
Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Ventes Neurosciences France (Sales Lead Neuroscience), le/la Délégué(e) hospitalier/ère Neurosciences présente les spécialités pharmaceutiques auprès des professionnels de santé dans le respect des dispositions légales, de la charte de l’information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments et des orientations de l’entreprise qu’il/elle représente.
Dans le respect de la charte de l’information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments et son référentiel, dans le strict respect de l’AMM des médicaments promus et dans le respect de la réglementation interne et locale, le/la Délégué(e) hospitalier/ère Neurosciences :
- Assure la promotion et l’information sur les médicaments et en assure le bon usage auprès des professionnels de santé.
- Identifie et maîtrise le parcours patient, le maillage des professionnels de santé et le réseau d’influence propre à l’aire thérapeutique dédiée et au secteur confié.
- Identifie, comprend et répond aux questions des professionnels de Santé grâce à son expertise du médicament, à sa maîtrise de l’aire thérapeutique et au développement de partenariats spécifiques.
- Analyse les pratiques et l’environnement du secteur confié, identifie les opportunités et problématiques, et adapte la stratégie nationale afin de développer un plan d’action sectoriel approprié.
- Implémente le plan d’action sectoriel (plan de charge, staffs hospitaliers, réunions professionnelles, projets, actions digitales et approche multicanale…) dans les conditions validées (budget, délais, validation managériale, compliance …), analyse l’efficacité des actions et développe les actions correctives nécessaires.
- Propose systématiquement aux professionnels de santé de les informer sur les données de sécurité et les informations nécessaires au bon usage.
- Effectue des visites à distance si nécessaire et utilise les outils digitaux à disposition.
- Supporte les référencements produits dans les hôpitaux si nécessaires.
- Met en place une collaboration privilégiée avec les départements médical et marketing afin d’affiner sa compréhension de l’environnement.
- Agit en Leader et fédère les acteurs internes et externes à sa vision et ses actions.
- Recueille et transmet les demandes devant être traitées par le département médical, les informations de pharmacovigilance et les informations relatives à la qualité de la visite médicale.
- Répond aux exigences de formation scientifique continue.
- Enregistre l’activité de promotion dans le système de CRM et le met régulièrement à jour.
Connaissances, Compétences et Capacités requises
- Expérience significative et réussie dans la promotion de produits de spécialité à l’hôpital.
- Une première expérience dans le domaine de la neurologie, de l’épilepsie et/ou des maladies rares serait un plus pour ce poste.
- Adaptable, proactif/ve, orienté(e) solution et engagé(e) afin de travailler dans un environnement de travail dynamique
- Sait travailler en équipe.
- Fortes compétences de communication orales, écrites et interpersonnelles et grande capacité à convaincre et à s’exprimer en public.
- Forte capacité d’écoute et de compréhension des professionnels de santé afin d’adapter son discours, ses actions et donc mieux répondre à leurs attentes.

Formation et diplômes requis/souhaités
- Titulaire du diplôme de visiteur médical ou équivalent.
- Connaissance de la charte de l’information par démarchage ou prospection visant à la promotion des médicaments et de la réglementation en vigueur.
- Connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique et de l’organisation du système de soins en France.
- Maîtrise de l’informatique et notamment Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint et Excel).
- Maîtrise des principaux outils de communication à distance (ex : Zoom, Teams).
- Anglais courant et professionnel indispensable (écrit oral).
- Permis B en cours de validité.

Brief Description:
The role of the Key Account Manager (KAM) is to maximise the full sales potential of the product portfolio on a defined territory, achieving sales and related performance targets (as defined by the management team). This will be achieved through coordination of internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate patients have access to Jazz Pharmaceuticals Neuroscience products. Developing professional working partnerships with those stakeholders to positively influence sales potential, future guidelines, funding, positioning of products and ensure effective implementation of peer to peer/advocacy programs.
The KAM will take full accountability for the preparation and execution of strong territory business & key account management plans as agreed with the management team, fully utilizing agreed processes and procedures.
Essential Functions
- Deliver sales and related objectives against territory targets and contribute to national and team targets
- Strategic/Critical thinking: Can dissect complex problems into component parts that can be addressed; solves problems by enabling a productive dialogue among stakeholders who can influence outcomes
- Develop a partnership relationship with KOLs and stakeholders by being an expert in the Jazz Pharmaceuticals Neurology products & relevant disease areas as well as local and national healthcare policy as appropriate
- Build customer networks that enable the rapid identification, diagnosis and treatment of patients
- Carries out remote visits if necessary and uses the digital tools available
- Remove local prescribing barriers by helping priority accounts with solutions to local service limitations
- Ability to engage and act as a Leader: Can articulate a vision, inspire people, and align the organization to move in that direction. Models the Jazz Leadership Behaviors in all interactions.
- Develop, implement and review a cross-functional key account business plan for the territory that is aligned to the strategic brand plan and endorsed by the management team
- Monitor and evaluate performance against business plan and deliver within agreed matrix of activity (effective account call coverage and frequency) and budget (appropriate use of promotional spend) as agreed with the management team
- Cross functional internal collaboration: Work with the broader cross functional team; including medical, market access, and marketing to meet the needs of physicians, other health care professionals and patients
- Cross functional external collaboration: Able to bring together different customer types externally to drive the uptake and access to the Jazz Pharmaceutical’s portfolio
- Identify and capture opportunities for business growth e.g. key account potential, new projects or added value services
- Profiling (and regular updating of) key customers and accounts into CRM system
- Accurate and timely reporting of customer and business records, through CRM system, using agreed performance measures
- Willingness and ability to assist with ad hoc business projects as defined and directed by the management team
- Behave ethically, responsibly and professionally in accordance with Jazz Pharmaceutical’s values and relevant local codes of practice
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential
- Previous speciality pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record ideally in an aligned therapeutic area or in orphan disease
- Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team; self-starter with a strong sense of personal accountability as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Proven track record in negotiating & influencing within a healthcare setting to deliver agreed and measurable objectives
- Understanding of market access and ability to access funding for new and existing drugs, with a demonstrable understanding of funding processes
- Masters the techniques and tools of scientific communication for Carry out your mission both face-to-face and at a distance, using appropriate digital tools.
- Effective and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Advanced account management skills that demonstrate business acumen and an innovative approach to projects & solutions that bring added value to Jazz Pharmaceuticals and other stakeholders
- Experience in working with appropriate partners on joint projects that deliver benefits to all stakeholders, in particular to patients
- Consistently honest and truthful, with motivations and actions based on values.
- Ability to learn new skills, sometimes in challenging conditions.
