Job Summary:

The Integrated Communications Lead, working under minimal supervision, is responsible for designing and executing strategic outcome-based communications and change management plans for agents, employees, leaders and customers within Standard Lines business segments. The role crafts communications and change management strategies and ensures that events, communications, and promotions support the Standard Lines and/or segment-specific strategies, collaborating as a strategic communications advisor to Standard Lines business unit leaders, embedding communications support directly into business operations.   

The role also leverages segmentation models and metrics that contemplate strategic objectives, stakeholder needs, and desired outcomes. Demonstrating strong ability to articulate and convey the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and business goals while advancing the company’s brand in the marketplace and employees through strategies driven by data, insights, and analytics. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads the development and execution of strategic communications plans for designated business segment(s) that drive growth, shape market perception, and connect Standard Lines employees and agents to business priorities. 
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to Standard Lines leaders, embedding communications expertise into business operations and aligning strategies with business goals through data, feedback, and performance metrics. 
  • Leads segment change management strategy and communications for internal and agent audiences, anticipating business transformation, process shifts, and technology implementations; delivers proactive strategies that drive adoption, build trust, and strengthen alignment. 
  • Provides collaborative executive communications counsel and support, including message development, thought leadership content, and strategic presentations that enhance leadership visibility and influence. 
  • Creates engaging and actionable communications assets for key stakeholders, including agency updates, internal and executive communications, toolkits, presentations, events, promotional materials, and digital content. 
  • Ensures agent communications align with broader marketing campaigns, collaborating with marketing and digital teams to integrate insights, data, and trends across traditional and digital channels. 
  • Champions the Westfield brand voice and reputation, ensuring communications reinforce the company’s value proposition, credibility, and long-term market positioning. 
  • Defines, positions, and organizes communications for assigned audiences in collaboration with Standard Lines leaders and managers across the company. 
  • Leads segment-specific event communications strategy, including pre- and post-event messaging, audience engagement, and design of business session content that reinforces strategic priorities and elevates the overall event experience. 
  • Leverages industry and channel knowledge to continually improve the sophistication, quality, and consistency of communications tools and practices. 

Job Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, External Communications or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
