Role Purpose
This role is responsible for implementing strategies to ensure that delinquencies are within benchmarks through regular tracking mechanism and working closely with collections team to implement collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit.
Role Accountability
- Manage monthly dashboard reporting viz, Employee, Settlement, Reactivation, Secured, Restructuring
- Track efficiency and rate of success of collection processes and make adjustments/improvements where necessary
- Perform UAT and PVT for automation of business policies on system
- Manage RBI RE activation and settlement programs
- Resolve customer queries escalated by the customer service team wrt to blocking/unblocking
- Implement strategies to improve the collection of outstanding credit
- Implement collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit
Measures Of Success
- Timely Delivery of a MIS with zero errors
- Timely closure of cases for customer services
- Timely implementation of collection strategies, policies and procedures
- Process Adherence as per MOU
Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications
- Good understanding of Data Analytics & Modelling
- Good understanding of cards business dynamics that will drive the analysis
- Knowledge of data analytics and system tools such as SAS,TRIAD,V+,Python
- Knowledge of IT systems

Qualification
