About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing communications. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in B2B marketing, employer branding, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and positioning the company as a thought leader in the digital transformation space.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employer Branding & Thought Leadership
• Develop and execute a compelling employer branding strategy across social media, website, blogs, case studies, and video content.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead storytelling initiatives that highlight company culture, innovation, and employee success.
2. Prospect Engagement & Lead Generation
• Partner with Sales and Presales teams to create impactful pitch decks, collateral, and campaigns.
• Design and execute lead generation strategies through digital campaigns, webinars, and targeted outreach.
• Support presales efforts with tailored content for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion and ROI.
3. Employee-Oriented Branding
• Organize and promote internal and external events, podcasts, and webinars that showcase employee expertise and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to amplify employee voices and success stories.
• Drive initiatives that foster a strong internal brand and community.
4. Strategic Partnerships & Analyst Relations
• Enable and manage relationships with strategic partners like Gartner, Forrester, and other industry analysts.
• Coordinate submissions for Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, and other analyst evaluations.
• Initiate and nurture alliances with top technology platforms like Microsoft, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Leverage partnerships to enhance brand credibility and market positioning.

Qualifications:
• 8–12 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in digital transformation or technology consulting.
• Proven track record in employer branding, content marketing, and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
