We’re currently seeking fluent Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across South West Wales.

✨ About The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, providing a seamless educational experience and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in gaining experience in classroom management, school support roles, or starting a career in teaching.

This role offers the flexibility to work supply teaching on a full-time or part-time basis, covering multiple Welsh-speaking schools.

Requirements

🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities:

• 📚 Supervise and engage students during lessons
• 📝 Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task
• 🧠 Manage classroom behaviour and foster a focused learning environment
• 🎯 Encourage participation and support individual learning needs
• 🔒 Commit to safeguarding and pupil well-being
• ✅ Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing for us to process one)
• 🛂 Have the right to work in the UK
