We are looking for a Senior Account ExecutiveĀ to strengthen StickEarnās client relationships, drive new business, and provide consultative solutions that deliver real value. This role combines new client acquisition, strategic selling, and customer success, while supporting business development initiatives.
š What Youāll Do
- New Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:Ā Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on acquiring strategic clients, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers to position StickEarn as the preferred partner.
- Consultative Selling & Advisory:Ā Act as a trusted consultant by uncovering client challenges, developing consultative decks, packaging insights and data into impactful proposals, presenting new products, and leading negotiations with a value-driven approach to secure long-term partnerships.
- Account & Data Management: Maintain accurate client information and pipeline activities in CRM systems, negotiate agreements, manage documentation, and ensure proper tracking of sales performance.
- Business Development Support & Collaboration:Ā Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and campaign strategies, share market insights and client feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings, and contribute to broader business development initiatives to strengthen StickEarnās market presence.
- Bachelorās degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account acquisition, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Experience in handling government deals and building a strong leads database.
- Strong understanding of campaign processes (pre, execution, post). Skilled in developing proposals, pricing strategies, and business reviews.
- Strong communicator with proven negotiation, leadership and mentoring skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative ā able to solve problems and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong background in consultative/solution-based sales, with analytical ability to connect campaign performance data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM tools (Zoho).
- Proficient in English (business-level).
