About The Role

As Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in the hotel by being the go-to person for all talent, guiding them to find the right resources to answer any HR-related queries they have. 

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate. The ideal candidate for this role will possess good knowledge of the people profession, with the ability to put this knowledge into practice. A background in hospitality operations is a plus!

As Human Resources Coordinator, key aspects of your role will include:

  • Maintain digital and paper records for all aspects of the HR function.
  • Answer phone calls, send and reply to emails, and record messages in a professional manner.
  • Create and manage employee personnel files, ensuring relevant documents are present, accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with recruitment, payroll, employee relations and learning and development functions.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programmes, policies and guidelines. 
  • Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property. 
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Conduct regular file audits to ensure compliance with all UK employment regulations and Marriott guidelines. 
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with talent at all levels of the business.
  • Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in all interactions with guests and talent.
