Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, researching key decision-makers and company backgrounds.
- Identify new business opportunities and qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs.
- Generate interest in the company’s services by highlighting value propositions that align with the prospect’s business needs.
- Assess the prospect’s level of interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule follow-up meetings, product demos, or discovery calls for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure that scheduled appointments are confirmed and attend to any last-minute changes or requests from prospects.
- Follow a structured script for cold calls while maintaining flexibility to adapt the conversation based on the prospect’s responses.
