Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, customization, and integrations. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).
• Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other third-party applications.
• Design and optimize Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing Salesforce solutions for better efficiency.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features to improve system functionality.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and provide training/support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, and triggers.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (ANT, Salesforce DX, Change Sets).
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
