Responsibilities:
- Research potential leads through online databases, social media, and other sources to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients and qualify leads.
- Use effective questioning and discovery techniques to qualify leads based on their business needs, size, and potential for partnership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospects in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and senior sales staff.
- Work closely with account executives and the sales manager to ensure the smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Assist in the preparation of sales collateral, proposals, and other materials required to support business development efforts.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
