Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and performance analytics. This role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. The candidate should be a creative thinker with a data-driven approach to drive online engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) for maximum ROI.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and enhance brand presence across digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Mailchimp.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
