Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible to manage the Security & Fire Safety operations of all AKU outreach hospitals & CMS at Karachi, through his physical presence at different locations.
Your Job Responsibilities Will Include:
- Monthly meetings with Assistant Security Coordinators & In-Charge Security Supervisor for smooth running of routine security operations. Also for discussions of monthly security related incidents and to find out the remedies.
- Checking & ensuring completion of Security related documentation.
- Checking daily reports (of security staff attendance & security reports, through e-mails, to ensure discipline of security staff.
- To develop & update security related procedures & plans and get it approved from Manager Security (OC & OP).
- Ensure implementation of approved security related procedures & plans.
- Rotate/station to ensure implementation of policies, plans & procedures, and also as and when required by Manager Security (OC & OP).
- Carry out annual Risk Analysis.
- Checking & ensuring completion of Fire Safety related documentation & Fire Extinguishers stickers.
- Retired armed forces officer of an equivalent of a Lt./Capt./Major rank in Army with exemplary character
- Minimum 7 years’ Service Armed Forces
- Proficient in Security, Administration, Investigations & Fire Safety
- Should have excellent communication skills in English & Urdu (knowledge of local languages will be preferred)
- Medical Category AYE
- Proficient in MS Office & Outlook
