An established company is seeking an experienced VP of Finance to lead its finance operations, oversee risk management, governance, financial planning, and ensure compliance across the South African and EMEA region. You will play a key role in the strategic financial management of the business, working closely with senior leadership and managing a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Manage risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Lead financial strategy development and cash flow management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; Chartered Accountant (SA).
• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles, leading multi-location teams.
• ​Knowledge of Australian financial regulations and reporting requirements.
