What This Role Entails:

Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will provide administrative and project management support to her, as well as to the Vice Presidents and Senior Directors of the Human Capital and Communications team.

  • Follows up on files and projects related to Human Capital and Communications services.
  • Organizes and oversees meeting governance: prepares agendas, manages logistics, documentation, note-taking, and action follow-ups.
  • Coordinates logistics for internal events and activities.
  • Tracks project progress: conducts research, consolidates information, and communicates updates.
  • Drafts various documents: correspondence, memos, and appointment notices.
  • Reviews and translates texts and documents intended for committees.
  • Participates in budget monitoring and contributes to cost control.
  • Collaborates on ad hoc special projects or initiatives related to internal HC&C process optimization.
  • Produces and supports the creation of reports required by the team.
  • Maintains the communications inventory and manages archives.
  • Plans travel arrangements for external candidates.
  • Ensures smooth communication with their supervisor and keeps them informed of activities under their responsibility.
  • Performs any other related tasks as requested.
  • Follows up on files and projects related to Human Capital and Communications services.
  • Organizes and oversees meeting governance: prepares agendas, manages logistics, documentation, note-taking, and action follow-ups.
  • Coordinates logistics for internal events and activities.
  • Tracks project progress: conducts research, consolidates information, and communicates updates.
