We're looking for a Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams through the full software lifecycle, facilitating key Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demos, and backlog grooming. This role ensures teams follow Scrum processes, removes impediments, and promotes focused task execution and collaboration with development managers. Acting as a liaison between product management and development, the Scrum Master helps align business requirements with delivery goals. • Plan and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, board reviews, and backlog grooming
• Guide teams in breaking down work into substories, tasks, and spikes to improve delivery efficiency and clarity
• Build and manage development schedules, perform resource mapping, and balance team capacity to meet project goals
• Collaborate with client and end users to translate business requirements into actionable development items
• Act as a liaison between development teams and product management, ensuring adherence to project processes and escalation of risks when needed
• Identify and remove impediments, promote focused task execution, and drive continuous process improvement

Your Skills And Experience

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, with 7+ years of experience in an engineering or technical role in automotive industry
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred, with strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
• Proficiency in Scrum tools such as JIRA, and basic project management knowledge
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
