Required Skills

• BA in education/related field and at least 3 years of Special Ed. experience OR MA in Special Education/Related Field
• 2 or more years of teaching experience.
• 2 or more years specialized experience in of one of the following areas:
• ASL, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or working with visually impaired.
• Post Graduate certification in Special Education (MSc and PhD)
• Seven (7) years’ experience in working with students with exceptionalities or Special Education Students in a school setting
• Training and experience in the use of assistive devices
• Experience in co-facilitating training workshops, co-planning and mentoring
