We are excited to announce a brand-new and high-impact opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in the Philippines.
This role will lead business development and account management efforts in the Philippines, driving customer acquisition, market expansion, and long-term commercial partnerships. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key customer relationships, and delivering value through tailored solutions aligned with Fonterra’s global ingredients strategy.
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Drive revenue and volume growth through proactive business development.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Ensure alignment with regional and global commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead market expansion and go-to-market strategies in the Philippines.
- Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans with supply chain and finance.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals.
- Work closely with technical, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends and customer insights to shape strategy and drive decision-making.

Mōu | About you
You have a proven success in developing new markets or customer segments preferably in the B2B dairy or food ingredients sector. You have exposure to cross-cultural and global environments.
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. A technical degree in food science or food technology would be an added advantage.
- 5+ years in business development, account management, or commercial roles in the Philippines.
- Technical knowledge of food science or food technology is a strong plus.
