Client Overview:
Join a rapidly growing financial services firm specializing in business acquisitions and investor relations. This dynamic company operates at the intersection of business buying and investment facilitation, creating exciting opportunities in the financial sector. As the firm expands, you’ll work directly with leadership in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will have immediate and measurable impact. This is the company’s first venture into outsourced marketing, offering a unique opportunity to build their digital marketing function from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential business sellers and investors.
  • Design, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure accurate tracking of prospects, leads, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel email marketing campaigns targeting dual audiences (sellers and investors).
  • Produce and distribute engaging newsletters to build audience engagement.
  • Enhance the company’s online presence through social media management and creative content strategies.
  • Generate inbound leads through innovative marketing tactics and channel development.
  • Assist in maintaining and marketing the Capital Connection marketplace clone.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Support basic SEO initiatives focused on sellers and operators.
  • Contribute to creative marketing efforts as needed to increase visibility and engagement.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, preferably within financial services or professional services.
  • Demonstrated success with LinkedIn outreach campaigns and social media marketing.
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong skills in CRM systems, including data management and enrichment processes.
  • Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Portfolio showcasing measurable results in marketing campaigns (MUST).
  • Understanding of financial services marketing compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Knowledge of basic SEO strategies targeting sellers and operators.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with company leadership.
  • Self-motivated professional capable of independently building marketing processes.
  • Ability to work effectively during Central Time Zone business hours.
  • Experience creating compelling inbound marketing content and lead generation strategies.
