Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing appointment setting team where you’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth for a leading managed services provider. You’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads using state-of-the-art click-to-call technology and voice drop systems. Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume B2B appointment setting calls using advanced click-to-call technology with voice drop capabilities
  • Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already been contacted and show interest in managed services solutions
  • Achieve daily call targets of approximately 125 calls to maximize appointment setting opportunities
  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and the sales team, focusing on decision makers in the managed services space
  • Maintain detailed activity records and daily summaries through the company’s staff portal system
  • Complete initial lead scrubbing and qualification activities during the comprehensive training period
  • Build rapport with prospects and effectively communicate the value proposition to secure appointments
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and meeting preparation

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B appointment setting with a track record of success
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes (100-150 calls per day) while maintaining quality
  • Experience with CRM systems and click-to-call technology platforms
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week with consistent schedule adherence
  • Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for performance-based compensation structure
  • Adaptability to learn new software systems and company-specific processes during training period
