Quilter Invest, an innovative digital wealth management platform under Quilter Plc, a FTSE 250 company, is redefining financial services for UK retail investors. By integrating AI-driven solutions, such as our Automated Portfolio Optimization and Rebalancing Engine, we provide accessible, personalized, and compliant investment experiences.

As we grow our user base and enhance our digital offerings, we seek a talented CRM Manager / CRM Analyst to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth through data-driven strategies, leveraging the credibility and resources of Quilter’s established wealth management ecosystem.

The CRM Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing Quilter Invest’s CRM strategy in close partnership with the Head of CRM. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring someone who thrives on ownership, precision, and data-led decision-making.

You’ll manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, from planning through execution and analysis. You’ll be expected to work across CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Appsflyer), build personalised and compliant communications, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product, design, marketing, operations, and compliance.

Success in this role means being highly organised, detail-obsessed, and able to deliver high quality work under pressure. You’ll be central to strengthening Quilter Invest’s position as a leading fintech platform, fostering trust and long-term relationships with our diverse investor base.

Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across email, in-app messaging, and push notifications. Build and deploy highly targeted, behaviour-based journeys that drive user actions and deepen engagement.

• Data Analysis And Insights:

Leverage CRM platforms (Iterable, Appsflyer) and analytics tools to segment users, monitor performance, and uncover actionable insights. Develop testing matrices, track campaign impact, and iterate based on data.

Build and maintain dynamic, personalised user journeys using real-time data triggers. Implement automated workflows that scale lifecycle communications while maintaining relevance and precision.

• A/B Testing And Optimisation:

Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to refine messaging, timing, and targeting. Use results to continuously improve campaign effectiveness, including key moments like ISA season and onboarding drop-offs.

  • • Hands-On Execution and Project Ownership:

Be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of CRM, from campaign creation and QA to troubleshooting data flows and refining segmentation logic. Take full ownership of projects and deliver with precision.
