As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Review strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher ups and making recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts.
- Develop plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the JPP, within the milestones, deliverables, and interaction points for plans developed using APEX activities.
- Provide input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of combat, and contingency plans and operations initiatives.
- Develop TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to cyberspace operations.
- Conducting research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and development of COA to defend and protect resources.
- JPGs and OPG/OPTs.
- Train personnel.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or an additional four (4) years of job-related military performing SAP/STO planning experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of five years experience in the following:
- Reviewing strategies, doctrine, policies, directives, and instructions from higher ups and making recommendations to ensure compliance and/or consideration in planning efforts.
- Developing plans and orders through the application of operational art and operational design, and by using the JPP, within the milestones, deliverables, and interaction points for plans developed using APEX activities.
- Providing input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of joint operational planning in support of combat, and contingency plans and operations initiatives.
- Development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs, and other related documents related to cyberspace operations.
- Conducting research of current and emerging threats to U.S. Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CIKR) and development of COA to defend and protect resources.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600 to $241,000.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
