We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to maintain a strong relationship with the shop floor teams assigned to the individual so that he/she will be able to effectively support them to solve their grievances in order to improve the shop floor retention levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain a good relationship with the employees of the respective sections in the production floor in order to maintain the unauthorized absenteeism & labour turnover as agreed by the business.
- Work very closely with the assigned shop floor team to understand and support their grievance.
- Try to solve the challenges they have in the shop floor at the rate of production without impacting the production.
- Find opportunities to help them beyond work but within the policies of the organization in order support the employee retention.
- Actively participate at KPI meetings prepare, maintain and update documents / reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity.
- Communicate system errors / bugs to the respective technical support team and update the users accordingly.
- Follow -up on performance appraisals, issue relevant letters, maintain the currency of the job descriptions, conduct exit interviews and update feedback.
- Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner in order to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval.
- Collate the absenteeism & turnover information for report preparation in making decisions.
Knowledge And Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Management.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication, both verbal and written.
