Embark on a journey of change with MAS by joining the MAS Capital (Private) Limited - Intimates team as an Intern – Compliance where you will gain exposure to national and international compliance and health & safety standards, while contributing to continuous improvements that support customer requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support compliance and health & safety initiatives across the factory.
• Assist in awareness creation through training sessions, posters, and safety campaigns.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance-related documentation and records.
• Provide support for data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A degree in Mathematics, Science, or Management.
• Strong communication skills in both Sinhala & English.
• Sound knowledge of data analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI.
