Senior Executive-Business Analyst

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as a Senior Business Analyst. This role would enable you to rigorously analyse business data, customer trends and construct informative reports,presentations to top management in a timely manner to facilitate strategic decision- making; continuously engage in initiatives that improve business and production processes to meet current business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management to formulate key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the overall development of the annual Hoshin (A3), enabling a robust performance measurement mechanism to monitor the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs on a weekly basis, and periodically present the progress of objectives to the Director during departmental performance reviews.
  • Diligently manage the Director’s daily work calendar and effectively coordinate and schedule business meetings to optimize the Director’s time and routine.
  • Facilitate, monitor, and reconcile the preparation of financial budgets, costing reports, and profitability reports, analyzing the data to ensure accurate information management and achievement of budgetary targets on behalf of the Director.
  • Research and analyze customer trends related to product changes, seasonality, and market shifts, applying the insights to support the Director and top management in strategic decision-making.
  • Follow up on projects initiated by the Business Director by driving tasks according to agreed timelines and providing timely updates to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Postgraduate degree or academic/professional qualification in Finance or Business Management.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Solid business acumen.
