Position Overview

We’re looking for an HR Generalist who loves wearing many hats. You’ll lead the charge on finding amazing talent and help keep our office (and virtual office!) running smoothly. This is a perfect role for someone who’s passionate about people, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys building HR practices from the ground up. This individual will be expected to work from our Bellevue office Mondays - Thursdays 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

• Partner with hiring managers to craft engaging job postings and define what “great” looks like for each role. 
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide them through a smooth, welcoming hiring journey. 
• Manage our ATS and keep candidates in the loop every step of the way. 
• Run offer letter processes and onboarding so new hires feel like part of the team from day one. 

People Ops & HR Support 

• Keep employee records up to date and help with benefits, policy updates, and other HR essentials. 
• Jump in on performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and anything that supports a positive team culture. 
• Be a friendly go-to person for HR questions, big or small. 

Office Admin & Culture 

• Handle office logistics—supplies, vendor relationships, and keeping our space (physical or digital) welcoming and efficient. 
• Help plan team events, offsites, and celebrations that bring our people together. 

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in HR, recruiting, or a related people-focused role. 
• Comfortable juggling priorities and thriving in a startup or fast-growth setting. 
• Great communicator who’s organized, detail-oriented, and loves problem-solving. 
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS tools and a knack for picking up new tech quickly. 
• Willingness and ability to work in our Bellevue office 4 days a week.
