Talent Acquisition Partner
Leeds - 37.5 hours per week - £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience
Hybrid - 2-3 days based from our Leeds office

In addition to growing organically, we typically acquire 1 or 2 businesses each year to deepen and widen our capability. This enables us to offer our clients the most comprehensive picture of audiences and the most complete way to connect with them.
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner role is a hands-on 360-degree recruitment role, you will lead recruitment delivery for our agencies across various locations. Working in a small team you will manage end to end recruitment with a agency wide remit and contribute to the continuous improvement of how we attract, engage & onboard talent. In addition, and in partnership with the Head of People, you will help operationalise the TA strategy including employer branding, early careers and reporting on agreed SLAs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless Candidate & Hiring management experience ensuring consistency and scalability across all agencies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand specific role requirements and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, offering market insight and recruitment analytics to guide hiring decisions.
- Drive best recruitment practices with the agencies, supporting operational leadership with advice and guidance, training and development and interview framework.
- Manage and ensure the data in the ATS is clean, accurate to be able to report on agree SLAs. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top candidates.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage a PSL for niche roles.
- Coordinate and conduct screening interviews, ensuring a fair and consistent selection process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders within the organisation and partner with them and the people team to build succession plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead projects that improve TA effectiveness, including ATS improvements, sourcing tool adoption and DEI sourcing initiatives.
- Partner with the People team
Minimum Criteria
- An extensive track record of delivery of TA strategies with proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally in an in-house role.
- Demonstrable experience of creating innovative resourcing strategies utilising a wide range of attraction methods.
- Stakeholder management skills, both in terms of building strong relationships at all levels and the ability to challenge and support business leaders.
- Ability to understand business drivers and react with a proactive, solution focused mindset.
