Launched in 2021, we have grown rapidly, leveraging decades of experience in technology, financial services and global real estate, to launch the region’s first mobile app for fractional real estate investing. Today, we enable global investors to invest in fractional properties in Dubai (regulated by the DFSA), private real estate funds in Saudi Arabia (regulated by the CMA), and StakeOne, which enables users to buy full investment properties.

The Extend Squad

This squad’s mission is to enable the business to do more. That means challenging what is possible and often executing initiatives with a high level of uncertainty. We are pioneers and risk takers, with an experimentation mindset anchored in the big picture. In Extend, you’ll work on initiatives that push boundaries.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Extend squad to deliver new features and initiatives. You’ll validate MVPs quickly through experimentation, balancing bold bets with data-driven decision making, and ensuring that learnings feed back into Stake’s broader product vision. This is an entrepreneurial PM position, acting as a self-starter who can work seamlessly across marketing, finance, compliance, and other teams to bring new ideas to life.

🚀What You’Ll Do:

As part of the Extend Squad, you’ll lead the delivery of new features and zero-to-one initiatives, working across the following areas:

• Product Discovery
• Product execution: 
• Product vision & strategy
• Mentorship & Leadership
• You are the voice of our customer: Conduct user interviews, review survey responses, customer comms & online reviews, and conduct usability testing to uncover new problems to work on and generate fresh ideas.
• Data and Analytics: Leverage our internal Data team, product analytics stack, and A/B platform to continuously uncover new insights and key user behaviors.
• Research & Problem Solving: Investigate problems deeply by analyzing customer feedback, exploring the competitive landscape, and understanding stakeholder requirements
• You will understand our business strategy, industry (Real estate fintech/digital investments), technical constraints, data, and platform requirements in order to produce impactful and valuable solutions.
• Feature specification: Synthesise insights from discovery and research into clear and actionable product documentation, including one-pagers, user flows, and Jira tickets. Ensure specs are concise, well-structured, and ready for design and development.
• Product delivery: You will lead a squad to iteratively and rapidly deliver product functionality that accomplishes pre-defined goals, including managing agile sprint cycles and post-release impact analysis
• Partner with the Head of Product and CPTO to shape and influence product vision, and define strategic OKRs and roadmaps for your product domain. Ensure alignment with company objectives and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Act as a thought leader within the squad and across the organization, providing product direction, identifying opportunities, and influencing decisions beyond your immediate scope.
• Provide guidance and support to more junior (Associate PMs and PMs), helping them grow their craft through feedback, coaching, and knowledge-sharing. Act as a role model for product excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

👀 What We’Re Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience (product manager or senior product manager) for a fintech, technology company or other start up, across the entire product development cycle: From ideation and research to delivery and monitoring/maintenance.
• Ideally, 2+ years proven experience with a Fintech or Proptech app based product, with an understanding of financial products.
• Preferably located in Dubai or willing to relocate here.
• Professional experience using JIRA, Notion (or similar wiki), Amplitude (or similar analytics tool), and Figma/FigJam (or similar design/whiteboarding tool) for mobile and web design.
• Prior experience working closely with design and engineering teams using the Scrum framework and Agile methodology to deliver technology products and new features that create real impact.
• Naturally user centric and data driven.
• Fluent in English with strong writing skills and verbal & written communication.
• Solid understanding in the field of research: interviewing users, setting up surveys and usability tests as well as interpreting the results.
• Able to set-up and self-serve on product analytics platforms, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data into opportunities for product improvements.
• Responsible and proactive self-starter with a clear passion for modern product. management and personal development.
• Bachelors/undergrad degree in Business or STEM preferred.
