HSE Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve performance against HS&E KPIs
• Support the development of policies, procedures, and compliance programs
• Conduct regulatory reporting and ensure timely, accurate submissions
• Provide guidance on safe systems of work and risk mitigation
• Supervise routine EHS activities and support team development
• Collaborate across departments to align business needs with safety strategies
• Execute internal and external communications aligned with ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001
• Participate in audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Short-cycle tertiary education or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in EHS or related fields
• Strong skills in compliance management, risk assessment, and data analysis
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies
