Your Territory

As part of our Performance Marketing team, you will:

• Develop the Webshop's user journey from end-to-end, architecting a frictionless, intuitive experience
• Lead the charge in developing, launching, and iterating on landing pages and web features
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data (from GA, heatmaps, session recordings, and user tests) into growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and web teams to bring your ideas to life
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

Your Profile

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in growing webshops, with a demonstrated track record of success
• Proactive and creative thinker, capable of generating optimization ideas
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and user testing platforms to drive data-informed decisions
• Ideally, experience in setting up marketing landing pages
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
