As an Analytics Product Manager on the Wealth Management Decision Sciences Team, you’ll drive product strategy, act as the voice of your customer, and launch impactful analytic solutions. You’ll shape data product development, enabling scalable, resilient, and reusable frameworks that support advanced analytics and AI. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver high-quality products, develop automated dashboards, and empower decision-makers with real-time insights. Your leadership will foster data curiosity, continuous improvement, and ensure our data products stay competitive and aligned with business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the full product lifecycle for data-driven solutions, from discovery and ideation through launch, continuous improvement, and retirement.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives and deliver measurable value to customers and stakeholders.
- Design, build, and automate dashboards, workflows, and self-serve analytics tools using technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and other ETL and BI platforms.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient data products and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Data & Analytics, Finance, Technology, and Field Leadership—to gather requirements, align on use cases, and drive adoption.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, synthesize insights, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements across data pipelines and reporting solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate new data sources, frameworks, and external vendor solutions to expand analytic capabilities.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data product management, AI, and advanced analytics.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant analytics focused function.
- Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for data or analytics products
- Advanced proficiency in data frameworks, process automation, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, Snowflake).
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and the development of reusable data products.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, communicate complex concepts clearly, and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Proficient with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:
- Knowledge of financial services data domains and regulatory requirements.
- Experience supporting AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning and innovation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
