JPMorgan Chase & Co..com
Office
New York, NY, United States
Full Time
You will join the Global Technology Transformation Office, a centralized team dedicated to accelerating JPMorgan Chase’s enterprise-wide technology modernization. In this pivotal Vice President role, you will spearhead the development and leadership of our data analytics and execution-reporting capabilities, serving as a key driver of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the firm’s most strategic transformation initiatives.
As a leader in this space, you will partner closely with senior technology, business, and operations stakeholders to design and implement robust data frameworks that enable real-time visibility into program performance, resource allocation, and value delivery. You will architect and oversee advanced analytics solutions that synthesize complex data sets from multiple sources, transforming raw information into actionable insights that inform executive decision-making and strategic course corrections.
Your responsibilities will include establishing best practices for data governance, reporting automation, and metric standardization, ensuring that our transformation programs are measured consistently and accurately. You will champion a culture of data-driven execution, empowering teams to proactively identify risks, track progress against key milestones, and surface opportunities for operational efficiency and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable transformation frameworks (processes, roles, tooling) that support repeatable, predictable delivery.
- Establish clear policies, decision rights and escalation paths for all transformation work streams.
- Define key performance indicators (schedule adherence, benefit realization, budget variance, quality metrics) and build requirements for automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Leverage source-system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end delivery—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure—using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate critical matters to executive sponsors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with C-suite and line-of-business executives, serving as the primary point of contact for program status, decisions and change management.
- Produce concise executive summaries, town-hall presentations and regular steering-committee deliverables.
- Recruit, develop and coach a diverse team of program managers, business analysts and data analysts.
- Drive continuous process optimization and institutionalize lessons learned across transformation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- 8+ years leading technology transformation, program management or strategy engagements in a large, matrixed environment.

- Advanced data analytics skills, including extracting and modeling data from source systems.
- Proficiency with project/program management and BI tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale migrations or automation/AI initiatives.
- Lean Six Sigma, DevOps or ITIL certification.
