Job Description

Security Management, Cyber Security, DORA, Policy & Process Design

Tasks:
• Develop and update security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Design and improve security processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align policies with business needs.
• Conduct risk assessments to inform policy and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in policy writing and process design.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks or IT standards
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects.
• Language skills: German and English
