Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact, from automation and insights to intelligent customer experiences.
  • Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code with a focus on AI integration, applying best practices in architecture, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable results.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end AI lifecycle- data collection, model integration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Experiment with emerging AI frameworks, LLMs, and automation tools to prototype innovative solutions for real-world impact.
  • Mentor colleagues and foster AI literacy and knowledge-sharing, promoting responsible and effective AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Strong experience in leveraging AI to drive business or operational impact, including automating workflows, generating insights, or enhancing decision-making.
  • 6+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language, with expertise in designing scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) with a focus on building intelligent, componentized solutions.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, applied in AI-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms and services.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess AI opportunities, impact, and risk while delivering complex projects.
