Help us redefine what it means to be a financial partner for everyday heroes
Sambla Group is a fintech company with a clear goal – to make personal finance better for all. We need you, your ambition and your skills on our journey. We have become the fast-growing fintech company that we are today - bridging the gap between borrowers and lenders - thanks to all the 400+ amazing people who work here.
With the vision to become a trusted personal finance partner, our success is the result of the commitment to deliver the best customer journey and consumer finance products in the industry. Through our well known brands such as Sambla, Advisa, Rahalaitos, Omalaina, Rahoitu and DigiFinans we support customers in consolidating and getting the best terms on their loans.
We’re hiring a Product Manager for our Data team to accelerate how we use data to power decisions, products, and customer impact across Sambla Group. You’ll join a high-priority team of 7 (data engineers, analytics engineers, and Head of Data) shaping our data strategy, experimentation culture, and everyday execution.
If you’re forward-leaning and love product management, you’ll thrive balancing strategic roadmap ownership with pragmatic prioritization. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, PMs, and stakeholders, making data a driver of innovation, speed, and measurable outcomes across the company.
What You Will Do
- Partner with PMs and stakeholders across the organisation to understand needs, shape initiatives, and maximize data impact.
- Translate business opportunities into data-driven projects that create value for our customers and teams.
- Measure the tangible value our data platform provides. By defining success metrics—such as user adoption, data reliability, time saved, and downstream business outcomes
- Own and drive the data roadmap — from long-term vision to short-term priorities.
- Foster a culture of experimentation across Sambla Group: champion A/B testing, analytics, and iterative learning.
- Prioritize and coordinate the everyday work of the Data team, ensuring alignment and focus.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Data/Engineering Manager to balance technical excellence with delivery.
- Drive adoption of the platform across the organisation, assuring onboarding and documentation is sufficient.
- 7+ years of product management experience within software development and data products.
- Proven ability to set roadmaps, prioritize, and align stakeholders in a complex environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working across different industries and companies, with the ability to bring fresh perspectives and best practices.
- Strong understanding of data products, analytics, experimentation, and data engineering workflows.
- A product mindset: discovery, slicing MVPs, experimentation, and measuring impact.
- Excellent collaboration skills; comfortable working with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Pragmatic problem-solver who balances speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
- Recurring / subscription-based business model experience is merited.
- Experience from the GCP data space and Power BI is merited
Why This Role?
- Big impact. Directly contribute to Sambla’s vision of being the trusted personal finance partner for the unsung everyday heroes
- Ownership of the data roadmap with strong leadership backing.
- High-impact team: work directly with engineers, analytics experts, and the Head of Data and PMs across the organisation
- Experimentation culture: shape how Sambla learns and innovates.

- A varied and challenging role in a multinational and highly innovative company, where we value the development of our employees.
- A workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
- A friendly culture with openness and respect for one another, with the possibility to influence and make a difference on society and people’s everyday lives.
