You are a hybrid tech-savvy consultant (m/f/d) who can translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for clients, enjoys regular customer interaction (online and face-to-face), supports both 1st and 2nd level teams, and thrives in a role that blends technical depth with communication, travel, and collaboration. And we´re looking forward to welcoming you to our so-called business functional team for DACH-3.

Your Role:

  • You advise customers by understanding their processes and showing how TecAlliance solutions create measurable business value.
  • You solve complex technical issues by providing 2nd level support and guiding 1st level teams to become more autonomous in resolving tickets—your impact is reflected in faster resolution times and improved customer satisfaction.
  • You lead onboarding and migrations to ensure smooth implementation and timely adoption of TecAlliance solutions—measured by implementation speed and customer feedback.
  • You create knowledge by developing case studies, best practices, and support documentation, while collecting product and data needs from the customer perspective.
  • You collaborate and improve by working closely with customers and internal teams, contributing to process optimization and regularly engaging in field visits to strengthen relationships and gather insights.

Your Profile:

  • You enjoy regular customer contact, both online and face-to-face, and thrive in building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • You bring a degree in IT/Computer Science/or equivalent practical experience to the table.
  • You collaborate naturally with colleagues and stakeholders, continuously improving tools, workflows, and customer outcomes.
  • You speak German and English confidently (B2 level)
  • You’re willing to travel for customer visits and field engagements across the DACH region.  Travel will be up to 2-3 consecutive days a week.
  • You bring a solid technical foundation, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • You’re confident working with: Database structures, CRM (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics) and ticketing systems, basic understanding of API tools (rest & soap)  & Microsoft Suite
  • You combine technical competence with strong customer interaction skills, enabling you to translate complex needs into practical solutions.

💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-Independency/Flexibility:

💯 Hybrid Remote: we work remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
