Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Maintenance Lead – Onshore

ISS International S.p.A. is looking for an Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Lead for an important Oil & Gas project in Congo (on-shore, Pointe Noire).

• Job Description:
• Supervise and define instrumentation & control maintenance plans for onshore and offshore assets.
• Support the offshore maintenance teams with technical expertise, conduct audits and inspections when required, and transfer maintenance strategies and best practices to company personnel.
• The position reports directly to the Company Maintenance Manager and will work in close collaboration with other maintenance disciplines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Lead in Oil & Gas or similar industrial environment.
• Strong technical competence in I&C systems and maintenance planning.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Fluent in English and French (mandatory).

Work Conditions:

• Location: Pointe Noire – Company Offices (SONGOLO district) – On-shore
• Rotation: 90 days ON / 15 days OFF – 6 working days per week – 10 hours per day
• Starting: ASAP
• Duration: 1 year renewable (3-month probation period)
