We’re looking for an inspiring Engineering Team Lead to guide our talented Project Engineers and Project Managers at GPM. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in delivering SCADA and PPC monitoring and control solutions at renewable energy sites across the LATAM region, ensuring projects run smoothly, customers are delighted, and your team stays motivated and empowered.

This role will be based out of our DNV Mexico City office.
What You'Ll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Engineers and Project Managers.
- Ensure projects are financially healthy, on schedule, and properly controlled.
- Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns, fostering strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular team meetings to distribute workloads, allocate resources, and address challenges.
- Participate in project profitability boards, reporting on performance and ensuring accountability.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
- Safeguard customer satisfaction while maintaining team motivation and engagement.
- Support DEI initiatives and build a future-ready workforce with the right skills and capabilities.
The Team Awaiting You:
You will join our On-site Solutions team of Project Engineers and Project Managers in LATAM. Our commitment is to successfully deliver On-site Solutions (SCADA and PPC) projects, while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints. This involves a comprehensive approach that not only prioritizes excellence but also emphasizes efficiency and performance to provide the optimum experience and highest quality to our customers. What Is Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Energy, Electronics, or another relevant discipline).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with solid knowledge of wind, solar, and/or storage plants, projects, and markets.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams, coordinating resources, and guiding projects to successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams, fostering motivation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Strong track record in project planning, financial oversight, and reporting, including management of KPIs and project profitability.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven experience building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences and write clear, accurate reports.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to rent and drive a car and travel on public conveyances when required.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
