About the position and the team

As an Associate Data Analyst, you’ll be part of our Data & Insights team within the Strategy and Business Development department. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Success to turn data into actionable insights. Working alongside experienced data professionals, you’ll support cross-functional teams by uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, and helping shape strategic decisions that create real business value.

This is a growth-oriented role where you’ll expand your technical foundation, gain exposure to a broad palette of data analytics work, and contribute to impactful projects across the organization. You’ll be part of a diverse team representing four nationalities, where curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning are at the core of how we work. Above all, a passion for data and close collaboration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, navigate and analyze business data using tools like SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Databricks and the likes.
• Apply basic and advanced descriptive statistics to uncover trends and performance drivers.
• Build both ad-hoc and long-lasting solutions and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuously develop your technical skills.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. We welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about data and keen to grow.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python , and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of basic statistics and data visualization principles.
• Experience working with survey data is valued but not required.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and customer data platforms is preferred.
• A curious mindset, motivation to learn, and a positive, proactive attitude.
