About The Role

As a Junior Education Community Manager, your mission is not just to organize single events or campaigns, but to create a system of long-term collaboration with universities and student communities. You’ll be responsible for turning first contacts into sustainable partnerships, building trust with academic institutions, and making Solidgate a constant presence in the student ecosystem.

What You’Ll Be Responsible For:

• Build strong, long-term partnerships with top universities and student organizations;
• Represent Solidgate at career fairs, hackathons, olympiads, and other student initiatives;
• Launch and organize our own student events;
• Cover the operational backbone of all activities, making sure every project is executed at a high standard.

You’Re A Great Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor’s in Management, Sociology, Communications, Psychology, or related field (completed or in progress)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — you are a real networker;
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher;
• Proactive mindset and passion for working with students;
• Experience in event organization or student activities will be a plus.
