Reimagine What’S Possible

• Expand automation capabilities for both functional and performance testing across SAP and Responsive Web Applications using Worksoft Certify and LoadRunner.
• Facilitate process discussions, gather and document requirements, and ensure solutions meet business and functional objectives.
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests and performance test scripts, including workload distribution and metrics collection.
• Regularly test performance life cycles and validate application functionality, scale, and reliability.
• Analyze test results, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements for overall system performance and quality.
• Support and maintain previously developed automated components, modifying and updating as needed.
• Perform product upgrades and provide technical support for automation solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams, product owners, and business clients to prioritize testing scenarios and create execution plans.
• Analyze systems to identify potential quality issues and provide solutions.
• Work with cloud-based technologies (AWS, DevOps tools) and manage vendor relationships as needed.
• Communicate and work effectively across global teams and all levels of the company.
• Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with company values, safety, and quality standards.
