Credit Manager-Housing Finance-Credit

Job Role :  Credit Team for Home Finance • Managing team of Credit Managers • Underwriting & making proposals of home Finance ( Fund & Non Fund based ) • Under writing cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of branch business target by proper training. • Visiting customers for personal discussions and  deal structuring  • Studying monitoring reports & keeping track of portfolio quality. Taking necessary steps to ensure that the required quality levels are maintained • To evaluate proposals of customers for Home Loans, Loan against Property • Decision making within defined TAT • Understanding of property related aspects (like legal title and market value of the property) is an added advantage • Coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical and customer service       Job Requirements:  

• • Qualification- CA with relevant underwriting experience

• • Skills & Experience –
• Experience of 2-4 years in relevant working capital products is desired,
• Should be able to handle time bound activities effectively
• Should be an effective team player.
• Should have a sense of urgency & keenness to learn.
