We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Improvement Analyst Placement Student to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Corporate/CBS Business Segment in UK, Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer of 2026.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Support the Quality Management System (QMS) through data collection, reporting, and documentation updates.
- Assist in conducting process reviews, audits, and root cause analyses for non-conformances or issues.
- Gather and analyze performance and quality data (e.g., defect rates, rework, complaints) to identify trends.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aligned with Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for management reviews or project updates; collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, etc.) to implement improvements.
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of ISO 9001 standards (or other regulatory requirements).
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Working towards a degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, Data analysis, Supply Chain/Logistics, Planning or Statistics related fields; proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar).
- Great communication, presentation, project management, report writing and documentation skills.
- Strengthening problem-solving and critical thinking by working on real-life processes; gain awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- Develop a mindset for continuous improvement and professional growth.
