Future Group, a leader in translation and localization since 1994, is expanding its global footprint across North & Latin America, Europe, Asia, and MEA. We are looking for a driven Account Manager with proven experience in the localization industry to play a pivotal role in managing and growing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Growth & Revenue Expansion: Drive account success through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, consistently exceeding targets.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, including C-level executives, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
• Analytical Insights: Transform numbers and performance data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Client Retention & Feedback Management: Handle customer feedback effectively, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Lead impactful presentations and negotiations, including meetings with C-level clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, project management, client services) to ensure client success.
• Support multichannel marketing and outreach activities to strengthen client engagement.
• Maintain accurate account data and pipeline tracking using CRM tools (HubSpot, Fresh works, etc.).
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

What We’Re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years as an Account Manager (localization industry experience is a must).
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Fresh works, etc.); familiarity with marketing activities is a plus.
• Presentation Skills: Confidence in leading client meetings and delivering compelling business proposals.
• Language: Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
