Job Summary:  In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined employee group, by partnering with respective managers. You will also showcase your expertise by representing HR in the business and establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. You will be involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the areas of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business. You will help set the stage for continuous improvement of HR processes and be a role model for our company’s core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Duties
  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business needs 
  • Collaborate cross functionally to support key initiatives, strategic priorities, and enhance employee engagement and relations.
  • Analyze HR metrics to develop programs supporting organizational goals
  • Lead key HR cycles including performance reviews, goal setting, compensation planning, headcount analysis, and workforce budget development
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development
  • Lead talent management processes and assessments
  • Develop HR projects aimed at building a high-performing function
  • Day to Day Duties
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Provide guidance on performance management and career development
  • Identify training needs and support coaching initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment for high-level positions and onboarding activities
  • Conduct orientations, stay interviews, and exit interviews
  • Communicate organizational changes across the business
  • Provide KPI data and analysis for operational improvements
  • Act as a benefits liaison for employees
  • HR Team Partnership
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Champion safety culture and corporate safety policies
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies
  • Partner with Compensation on salary alignment and offer packages
  • Maintain HR documentation and records management systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study
  • 7 or more years of related experience is required, including 5 or more years of experience in an HRBP role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment supporting functional leaders.
  • Experience driving organizational changes and HR program development and management

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Has in-depth knowledge of the HR function
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee/labor relations, performance management, inclusion, and employment law

Preferred Education and Experience

  •  Preferred SHRM certification 

Work Environment:

  • Must be comfortable working both in an office and on the shop floor, which will require the use of PPE.        

Travel Required: (Percentage 0-100)                        Domestic               10%
